The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising trackers, and builds no profile of you. Our software, once you install it, sends us nothing at all. The only personal data we hold is what you deliberately send us — an email enquiry, or material you share with us during an evaluation or a support case.
Everything below is the detail behind that paragraph. If anything here contradicts it, the detail wins, and we would like to know so we can fix the summary.
Who we are
Revoluzen Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Revoluzen”, “we”) is the data controller for the processing described here.
- A private limited company registered in India.
- Privacy enquiries: privacy@revoluzen.io
What this website collects
No cookies. This site sets no cookies of any kind — not analytics, not advertising, not “strictly necessary”. That is why you were not shown a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, a product-analytics SDK, a session recorder, a heatmap tool, or an advertising pixel. We do not know which pages you visited or how long you stayed.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — as every web server does. These are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse, and are retained for a short operational period. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
Fonts. Typefaces are served from our own origin, not fetched from a third-party font service, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
What our software collects
Nothing. Revoluzen software runs on your infrastructure. It does not send telemetry, usage statistics, crash reports or license checks to us. There is no setting to turn this off because there is nothing running.
Your source data, credentials, pipelines, run history, models and reports stay in your own systems throughout. We have no access to them, and no mechanism by which we could obtain access without you deliberately sending something to us.
You can verify this rather than take our word for it: the orchestrator core is published under Apache-2.0, and a packet capture on an installed instance will show no outbound connection to us. See Security & trust.
The contact form
The enquiry form on our contact page does not submit anything to this website. It composes a message and hands it to your own email client, which you then send yourself. Nothing you type is transmitted to us, or stored anywhere, unless you press send in your own email application.
What we do with an enquiry
If you email us, we hold your message and your contact details in our email system so we can reply and continue the conversation. Depending on why you wrote, that may also include notes about your technical environment and requirements.
- Purpose: answering you, and progressing an evaluation or support case you asked for.
- Basis: your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our business.
- Retention: for as long as the relationship is live, and afterwards only where we need it for legal or accounting reasons.
- No marketing lists. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a technical question, and we do not sell, rent or share your details.
Who else processes data
We keep this list short deliberately, and we will keep it accurate.
- Our hosting provider, which serves this website and generates the request logs described above.
- Our email provider, which carries and stores correspondence with you.
We do not operate an advertising stack, a CRM that enriches your data from third-party sources, or a data broker relationship. If that changes, this section changes with it and the effective date above moves.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to privacy@revoluzen.io and we will respond.
Because the amount of data involved is small, these requests are usually simple for us to action. We will not ask you to fill in a portal or prove a legal basis for asking.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. We would rather you came to us first, but that right is yours either way.
Children
This is a business-to-business website for data infrastructure. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and move the effective date at the top. For a material change we will say what changed rather than quietly reissuing the document.
Questions about any of this go to hello@revoluzen.io.
