What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of revoluzen.io and its subdomains. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.
They are not a software license. Nothing on this page grants you any right to use Revoluzen software. See section 3.
Who you are contracting with
This website is operated by Revoluzen Technologies Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered in India.
Software licensing is separate
Which license applies depends on what you are running, and the license text itself always prevails over any description of it on this website.
- Revoluzen Flow (open source) is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Your rights and obligations are set out in the LICENSE file distributed with the software. You do not need our permission, an account, or a commercial agreement to use it, including commercially.
- Commercial editions — Revoluzen Flow Enterprise, Revoluzen Catalog, Revoluzen Studio, Revoluzen Console and Revoluzen Mobile — are licensed under a separate written agreement between you and us. No right to use them arises from this website or from any description of pricing on it.
If the two ever conflict, the signed agreement or the LICENSE file governs, not this page.
The content on this site
The text, design, diagrams and code samples on this website are ours or licensed to us, except where attributed otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation, and you may quote us with attribution and a link.
You may not republish substantial parts of the site as your own, scrape it to build a competing product description, or reuse the design system for another company’s marketing. Brand use is covered separately in Trademark & brand use.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
We publish technical figures — connector counts, version numbers, capability lists — taken directly from our source repositories, and we state where each one comes from. We correct them when they change.
Even so, this is a marketing website describing software under active development. Descriptions of capability, maturity and roadmap are provided in good faith but are not warranties, and are not a commitment to deliver any particular feature on any particular date. Where a product is early, we say so on its page; please read that as the operative statement.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. It is not legal, regulatory, security, tax or compliance advice, and claims we make about audit or evidence capability do not amount to a statement that your use of them will satisfy any particular regulator.
Links to other sites
We link to GitHub, package registries and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.
Availability
We try to keep this website up, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Availability commitments for software you license from us live in your agreement with us, not here.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Liability in relation to software is governed by the Apache-2.0 license for the open-source core, or by your commercial agreement — not by this section.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept it.
Questions go to hello@revoluzen.io. Security issues go to security@revoluzen.io, and our disclosure commitments apply.
