Services
We make it work in your environment.
Software features are easy to copy. Making a platform run with your systems, your rules and your auditors is not. We sell the product for what repeats, and services for the part that is yours.
Assess
Before anything is installed: what you have, what has to be proven or kept in-country, and what the first production use case is.
- Discovery of sources, systems of record and the reports that matter
- Architecture review against residency, evidence and access requirements
- A proof of concept on one real source, on your infrastructure
- A written implementation plan with scope, sequence and the limits we found
Commercial modelFixed-price assessment
Implement and integrate
Installation, connection to the systems you run — including the legacy ones — and the first pipelines, models and reports in production.
- Installation and hardening on your servers or cloud account
- Connectors for your systems: ERPs, databases, files, APIs, including custom connectors through the extension layer
- Migration from hosted ELT or an existing orchestrator, one pipeline at a time
- The governed data layer, first dashboards and paginated reports
- Dev-to-prod promotion, approval gates and the evidence setup
Commercial modelFixed-scope project, or time and materials for the long tail
Enable
Training and enablement so the platform is operated by your people, not ours — engineers, analysts, administrators and the business users who read the reports.
- Training for data engineers, analysts and administrators
- AI enablement: a local or own-provider model, Copilot scope, approval workflows for anything that touches production
- Security, access model and compliance walkthroughs for your reviewers
- Runbooks and an operating model for day two
Commercial modelPer engagement or training package
Operate and support
Support with an agreed response time, and — where you do not want a platform team — managed operation of the platform inside your own infrastructure.
- Named support with a response-time commitment
- Upgrades, backups, disaster-recovery tests and connector maintenance
- Monitoring, incident assistance and pipeline failure diagnosis
- Capacity and cost optimisation, and new use cases as they come up
Commercial modelAnnual support contract, or a recurring managed-operations fee
Customized for you. Never forked.
One maintained product core, with customer-specific work in supported extension points. Configure first, extend second, integrate third; the core changes only when many customers need the same thing.
| Your need | Where it belongs | For example |
|---|---|---|
| A predictable difference | Configuration | Retention rules, SSO, approval policies, field names |
| Reusable business logic | Workflow and rules | A validation rule, a routing rule, an approval flow |
| A system of yours | Connector or extension | A legacy Oracle API, an internal REST service, a proprietary file format |
| Something many customers need | Product roadmap | A new connector, a data-quality check, a dashboard component |
| A genuine one-off | Managed custom service | A niche migration, a bespoke reporting model |
Extensions have versioned APIs, compatibility testing and a stated support policy, so a customer with extensions upgrades like any other. A request we see twice becomes a template or a connector; a request we see often becomes part of the product.
Fixed prices for defined deliverables.
Not hours. Each package says what is included and what is not; work beyond it is quoted before it starts. Launch prices in USD; regional pricing on request.
Quick Start
$499
one-time
Guided installation and your first production pipeline live, with handover.
- Installation on one server or cloud account, baseline security and backup configuration
- One production pipeline from a system you already run, tested and scheduled
- Handover session and written runbook
Scope · One environment, one pipeline, standard infrastructure. Kubernetes, air-gapped or regulated environments are quoted.
Verified build
$149
per pipeline or dashboard
A pipeline, model or dashboard built to an agreed specification, tested and documented.
- Defined transformations, validation and failure handling
- Test criteria agreed up front; one revision round
- Documented handover
Scope · Existing connectors and nodes. A new source or a multi-system workflow is a connector package or a quote.
Custom connector
$499
per connector, verified
A connector for a system of yours, built on the extension layer and maintained on the upgrade path.
- Authentication, pagination, schema mapping, error handling
- Test coverage and packaging as a versioned extension
- Compatibility check against the current release
Scope · Bounded REST, SQL or file interfaces. CDC, non-standard signing or multi-system workflows start at $1,499.
Migration
From $999
per source system
Move pipelines off a hosted ELT service or an existing orchestrator, one system at a time, with both running until the outputs match.
- Inventory and sequencing of the pipelines on that system
- Parallel run with output comparison before cut-over
- Receipts for the migrated runs
Scope · Priced per source system after a short assessment; volume and schema complexity set the figure.
AI workflow
From $399
prototype · production from $999
A governed AI workflow on your data — local model or your own provider — with evaluation, approvals and monitoring before it touches production.
- Model or provider integration under your keys
- Evaluation set, failure handling and human approval for production-impacting actions
- Monitoring and a documented recovery procedure for the production tier
Scope · Model usage, GPU and third-party licenses are billed by their providers, not included.
Enterprise engineering
From $799
scoped quote
Complex security, identity, air-gapped, multi-site or distributed deployments; anything a fixed package does not cover.
- Written assessment first
- Fixed quote for the agreed scope
- Changes scoped separately
Scope · Never open-ended. If the scope is not written down, the work has not started.
Model usage, GPU and third-party licenses are billed by their providers. Anything a package does not cover is a written quote you approve first.
Recurring, with the obligations written down
Support is priced per organization; operating the platform is priced per production environment. Each plan states its response time, its hours and what it does not cover.
Community
Free
everyone
Documentation, community discussion and standard bug reporting.
- Documentation and setup guides
- Community discussion
- Bug reports on the open-source build
Limits · No guaranteed response time.

$99
per month, per organization
Named support with a next-business-day response.
- Up to three support cases a month
- Next-business-day first response, business hours
- Up to one hour of remote troubleshooting a month
Limits · Guidance and diagnosis. Hands-on recovery or development is a package or a quote.
Production care
$199
per month, per production environment
Someone looks at your production environment every month.
- Monthly health review and upgrade guidance
- Backup and receipt-chain checks
- Up to two hours of agreed operational work a month
Limits · Not 24/7 monitoring and not an incident-response guarantee.
Managed operations
$399
per month, per production environment
We operate the platform inside your infrastructure.
- Scheduled health checks and routine maintenance
- Upgrades, backup verification, disaster-recovery tests
- Up to four hours of operational work a month, incident assistance in business hours
Limits · Business hours with defined escalation. 24/7 coverage is an enterprise agreement, quoted.
What this is not
- 01
Not general custom software development. The work stays on the data and AI stack around our products.
- 02
Not a hosted service. Managed operations run inside your infrastructure; we do not hold your data.
- 03
Not a customer story yet. These are offers, priced and scoped; the first references will be named when they agree to be.
Asked about services
Does Revoluzen customize its products for a customer?
Yes, through supported extension points — custom connectors, pipeline templates, SQL and Python steps, policies and configuration — and never by forking the product core. A need that many customers share goes on the product roadmap instead, so every customer stays on the same upgrade path.
What services does Revoluzen provide alongside its products?
Revoluzen provides assessment, implementation and integration, enablement and training, and ongoing support or managed operations for its products, each priced as a separate line item from the software license. Managed operations run inside the customer's own infrastructure; Revoluzen does not host customer data.
Can Revoluzen operate the platform for us?
Yes. Managed operations covers monitoring, upgrades, backups, disaster-recovery tests, connector maintenance and incident assistance, delivered on infrastructure the customer controls under an agreed support model.
